What do I do, that is so stressful, you might wonder?
I work for a BPO. I am an E-mail associate and I love the work I do. The stress I get is from the company I work for and the management.
I am sure most of you can relate to this. All of us are so stressful at work, that a lot of us have just made it our routine.
We think, ‘It is absolutely NORMAL to be in the stress mode as we are getting PAID for it’. It is not really like that, you know that, right?
A job that pays should bring happiness not only on the first of every month but on every single day.
Sadly, not every one of us is truly and always happy at work.
Today, we are going to talk about how does it feel when you are stressed at work? Stress is not always physical; the worse kind of stress is the one that’s emotional and psychological.
- How do you feel when you wake up?
If you get up and wonder –“WHY???” every day, moments after you are up and then remind yourself that you need to pay the bills at the start of the month but wish life was just a vacation, then my friend you are STRESSED!
- Dragging yourself to work:
This is just the most exhausting thing, ever. The process of getting up from the bed to put on fresh clothes and leave for work is the most crucial. Why??? Because a stressful mind can change the entire process by forcing you to stay back and call it a sick day!
You are stressed when you feel the HEAVINESS that drags you to work!
- Everything looks so gloomy:
I experience this all the time. I enter my workplace and find the workplace gloomy. I find my workstation gloomy. It is like I have entered the black and white movies set, which would have been much more colourful.
You look at everything and say, “Arrrghhhh It is just so SAD that I have to come here and do the same thing every day.”
These 3 things are the ALARM of your life which will tell you out loud that you are STRESSED!
I request everyone out there to be patient with the one who are stressed. If you’re stressed, please relax!
