The pain of giving customer service
The pain of keeping the Quality team happy.
The pain of listening to the Management and your team.
Lastly, the the pain of stressing yourself too much for work.
In 2018, I plan to give an EFF about the whole ‘keep everyone happy’ Funda and make just one person happy – myself!
