Maybe It’s ME; Maybe it’s YOU; Maybe it’s NO-ONE!!!

A friend told me today, “I read your blog!!! Sometimes I feel you write about yourself?!!?” frankly speaking dear friend, I am not denying anything… maybe some things are about me, my life; some things are not!!! At times, I just write about general things that a person goes through, just because I went through it or maybe just because the thought of writing on that topic passed by my mind!!!

Well with this post, I also want to discuss about some people who always ask me one stupid or rather stupid for me but a SIMPLE QUESTION for them: “Why do you write blogs???” my answer to all those people is: “I LOVE WRITING IT!!!”

Many people don’t understand the idea of me blogging… many people think only Shahrukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan can blog; but this is not the reality LOVE!!! Blog is something that anyone can start and keep posting about anything… not necessary that only Creative people can write a blog or only famous people can blog about their latest blackberry or android!!! NO INSTEAD even you can blog about your latest laptop or a new watch that you just purchased!!! People have this hype about BLOGGING!!! Most of the people think that blogging means a BIG and FAMOUS person should do and not ME!!! Well in that case, I am BIG (in size) and very FAMOUS (among my friends)…

If BIG and being FAMOUS is the criteria for blogging then people I have given a valid reason as to why I blog!!! Next thing that most of the people ask me is: “who reads your blogs???” I would like to ask all those people: “do you read anyone’s blog???” just because you don’t read people’s blog, doesn’t mean that no one reads any blogs… there are some people who regularly follow my blogs… as far as I know, Shrabani, my best friend reads my blogs at least on a weekly basis… my friend Navin about whom I mentioned earlier in the blog also follows my blogs now-a-days… my friends from Native American Camp Fire read my blogs regularly… Mr. Doug Turnbull, the author of ‘The Man Who Conquered Mars’ regularly reads my blog post, what else can I ask for!!! There would be a time, someday, when Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh khan would also like my blog posts and then when someone would ask me, “Who reads your blogs?” I would say, “except you everyone!!!”

People dance when they are frustrated, people sing to practice, people work out to stay fit!!! I write for peace of mind, I write for practicing being a writer someday, I write because that keeps me fit emotionally!!! And last but not the least I write because I love doing it!!!

And again for my friend Navin, I am not denying that the blogs are not about me!!! Some things are about me, some things are fictitious, some things are just random thoughts, and some things are about my friends… end of the day everything is from the heart!!!
